In a world that often asks us to give endlessly, hold everything together, and keep moving forward, this retreat is an invitation to pause. To breathe. To reconnect with the wisdom within your own body and heart.

Healing the Heart of the Home is a deeply nourishing retreat created for women who are ready to restore their nervous systems, reconnect with their inner compassion, and experience the healing power of community.

Over this sacred time together, we will gather in a beautiful and supportive space where you can gently unwind, release what you’ve been carrying, and remember the deep intelligence and resilience within you.

What We’ll Experience Together

Throughout the retreat, you will be guided through a variety of gentle and restorative practices designed to support the body, calm the mind, and open the heart.

Gentle Movement + Somatic Practices

Through breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic awareness, we will explore how to come home to our bodies with compassion. These practices help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety and presence within ourselves.

Floating Sound Bath

One of the most unique and restorative experiences of the retreat will be our floating sound bath in the indoor on-site pool. As you float or rest poolside, healing frequencies from crystal bowls, drums, and other instruments will wash over you, creating a deeply meditative and immersive experience.

Sauna + Deep Relaxation

Guests will have access to the sauna and relaxing spaces throughout the retreat, offering opportunities to detox, unwind, and allow the body to soften and restore.

Massage + Fascia Release

For those who wish to deepen their experience of physical release, massage and fascia-focused bodywork will be available as optional add-on sessions. These treatments help release long-held tension patterns and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Women’s Health: Herbs + Nourishment

We will explore women’s health through the lens of herbs, nourishment, and natural support, offering practical and empowering ways to care for our bodies and hormonal wellbeing.

Art + Journaling + Creative Expression

Creativity can be a powerful pathway to healing. Through art and expressive practices, you’ll have space to explore your inner landscape in a playful and meaningful way.

Cacao Ceremony

Our cacao ceremony will invite us into heart-centered connection, opening the space for intention, reflection, and deeper presence with ourselves and one another.

Gathering Around the Sacred Fire

We will gather around the fire outdoors for circles of connection, storytelling, and gentle practices of release. Together we will honor what we are ready to let go of and create space for what is ready to emerge.

The Retreat Home

Our retreat will be held in a beautiful, peaceful home nestled near Fellows Lake, a place where nature, quiet, and open space invite the body and mind to truly exhale. Surrounded by gentle landscapes and fresh air, this setting offers the perfect backdrop for rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.

The home features cozy gathering spaces, an indoor pool where we will experience our floating sound bath, and a sauna for deep relaxation and restoration. It is a warm and welcoming environment designed to help you slow down, feel held, and reconnect with yourself and the natural rhythms around you.
