This unique experience combines the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments, all thoughtfully integrated into your yoga practice to foster a sense of gratitude as we approach the Thanksgiving season.
Both sound healing and yoga are time-honored practices known for promoting inner healing and helping align the mind and body for a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and any other items needed for comfort during the 20-minute Sound Bath that will conclude our session.
