Move gently, with intention and awareness through this Somatic Healing class, recommended for ages 16 and up.
During this class, next to the gently rolling Finley River in our beautiful Chapel, you will be guided through a journey of your body to understand its innate intelligence and make deeper mind-body connections.
This bottom-up approach to holistic healing aims to reduce stress, fatigue, and tension, while promoting grace, joy, and ease as you unlock energy in your body and mind.
End the session with a 10-minute mindfulness practice.
