Hello Summer Yoga + Sound Healing @Finley Farms

Welcome the warmth and renewal of summer with a soothing gentle yoga flow, led by E-RYT & Certified Transformational Guide, Leslie Smith. Set within the tranquil surroundings at Finley Farms, our class will be held in the picnic lawn where you’ll enjoy the beautiful view of the blossoming organic garden. This practice invites you to embrace the vibrant energy of summer while slowing down to nurture your mind, body, and soul.

As the world around us blossoms, this flow will guide you through gentle movements, grounding breathwork, and intentional pauses to honor the changing season. End this mindful movement session with a 30-minute sound bath to allow the vibrations of summer to settle in!
