You'll be welcomed into a serene, cozy space complete with mats, pillows, blankets, and optional eye covers. After a brief introduction to the healing modalities, Rebecca will offer acupuncture treatments designed to ease stress and promote energetic balance, while Leslie plays sacred sound instruments that invite deep release, rest, and renewal.
